2. The Payment

Wire transfer the payment to the account of Access Real Estate S.C. at Bank of Abyssinia, Filwuha Branch, Addis Ababa. See below for details.

In order to save transaction costs, please pay both the Birr 1,000 per share (or part payment as per the Prospectus) and the Birr 50 per share service fee (5%) to the account of Access Real Estate, as outlined on the enclosed subscription form. We would also advise you to pay 100% of the share value to save transaction costs and to benefit from the extra profit allocation of 5% of shares applied for (see Prospectus).

The Diaspora Business Survey

Stakeholders across the private, public and international communities concerned with Ethiopia agree about the importance of the Ethiopian Diaspora in the country’s development. During the past few years, Ethiopia also appears to have turned a corner to emerge as an increasingly attractive investment destination for diaspora entrepreneurs.

In this spirit, several donors have shown strong interest in supporting the creation of a Diaspora BusinessCenter. This center is envisaged to offer tailored assistance to members of the Ethiopian Diaspora in their effort to invest in Ethiopia or import Ethiopian products.
